Consolidated Wellness Solutions Recalls Homeopathic Remedies

Consolidated Wellness Solutions, LLC is voluntarily recalling its homeopathic remedies. The remedies were sold in 1 oz. and 2 oz. glass bottles and labeled under the Consolidated Wellness Solutions, LLC brand, the Ohio Department of Agriculture reports.
This recall covers a wide assortment of homeopathic remedies too numerous to list individually. Products are either liquid and sold in medicine dropper-type bottles that look similar to the attached photo or sold as capsules and packed in traditional pill bottles.
The products were sold at the following locations:
- ConsolidatedWellness.com
- The Wellness Group -- Worthington, Ohio
- Innovative Health - Lewis Center, Ohio
The recall is due to the products being produced in a facility without the benefit of inspection by the Ohio Department of Agriculture, as well as being misbranded. The products were available for sale through November 2021.
No cases of illness involving these products have been reported. Any individuals showing signs of foodborne illness should contact a physician immediately. All products involved in the recall can be discarded or returned to the company at Consolidated Wellness Solutions, LLC, 4850 Cottonville Rd, Jamestown, OH 45335.
